How do I follow my Royser load?

Where does the code come from?

Dispatch sends it once the load is booked, usually in the rate confirmation email or as a link you can forward.

Do I need an account?

No. Anyone with the link sees the status without signing up.

Can my customer follow it too?

Yes. Forward the link. It opens /tracking with your code already filled in.

My code does not work. What now?

Call dispatch at +1 (224) 877-0350. Have the load number or PO ready and we will send a new link.

I need a price, not tracking.
