Royser
Privacy Policy
How we handle information when you use royser.org or get in touch with Royser.
Who we are
This policy applies to Royser (“Royser,” “we,” “us”), an asset-based motor carrier at 3501 Wellington Ct, Apt 103, Rolling Meadows, IL 60008 (MC# {{MC}}, USDOT# {{USDOT}}). It covers royser.org in English, Russian and Spanish, and the forms and messages you send us through it.
What we collect
We collect what you choose to send us, plus a small amount of technical data the site needs to run:
- Rate requests — name, company, email, phone, pickup and drop points, commodity, equipment needs and other load details.
- Driver applications — name, phone, age confirmation, role (company driver or owner operator), position, trailer type, experience and the other fields on our hiring forms.
- Dock time and tracking requests — contact details, load references, preferred windows and the tracking codes you enter to follow a booked load.
- Broker and packet requests — contact and company details when you ask for authority papers, a COI or a W-9.
- Direct messages — whatever you tell us by phone or text.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device hints, referring URL and pages viewed, as logged by our hosting and security tools. We do not sell it.
This site does not publish customer reviews. If we add them later, that content will follow the terms of the platform it comes from.
How we use it
- Answer rate requests, book and manage freight, and share tracking for loads that run under our authority.
- Review and contact CDL-A applicants and owner operators about open seats.
- Plan dock times and drop-trailer windows and support dispatch.
- Send carrier packets and insurance documents to brokers who ask for them.
- Run, secure and improve the website, including finding outages and abuse.
- Meet legal, insurance, safety and FMCSA recordkeeping duties where they apply.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not rent email or phone lists for unrelated marketing.
When we share it
Only as far as running the business requires:
- Service providers — hosting, email and SMS delivery and tools that process form submissions for us, on our instructions.
- Operating partners — brokers, shippers, receivers or insurers, when needed to move a load, handle a claim or keep an appointment you asked for.
- Legal and safety — when law, regulation or a court order requires it, or to protect rights, property, drivers or the public.
Driver applications go to our hiring team so they can call you back. Rate and dock-time forms go to our dispatch desk.
How long we keep it
Inquiry and application records stay as long as the purpose needs and as ordinary business, insurance and regulatory retention requires. Tracking codes only show the status of booked loads and are not a public directory. You can ask us to correct or delete contact details we are not required by law to keep.
Security
We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards suited to a freight carrier's website: HTTPS, limited access to operational tools and vendor controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so if you suspect misuse of your data, contact us using the details below.
Cookies and similar tools
The site may use essential cookies or local storage so forms and language and theme choices keep working. We do not run third-party advertising networks on these pages. You can block cookies in your browser, though some features may then work less reliably.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may be able to see, correct or delete certain personal information, or limit how it is used. To make a request, call +1 (224) 877-0350. We may need to confirm your identity first. This page is a practical notice for our website, not legal advice on every state privacy law.
Children
Our services are for business freight and commercial driving. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you think a child sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy when our practices or the site change. The “Last updated” date at the top changes with it. Using the site after an update means you accept the revised notice.
